Shipping policy
Please note turn-around time is 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise stated at the top of the website. Please allow additional days for transit during holidays. If you need to rush your delivery, please contact me to create a custom listing with the rush fee included.
Returned Shipments
Orders will be shipped to the address listed at the time of checkout. Please verify this address, as we will not be responsible for shipping errors due to an incorrect address. Should your order be returned to the shop due to an address error, an invoice for additional shipping charges will be sent to the email on file. Your order will be resent once the new shipping charges have been paid.
Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Refunds will not be issued for items lost or damaged in the mail or for packages delivered after your “need by” date.
Refund policy
All sales are final due to the personalization and/or customization of the items created. However, if there is a mistake made on your order, please notify us within 72 hours of order delivery to initiate a return and replacement. The item will be reproduced with the exact specifications in which it was originally ordered. Please include your order number in all communication. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and aim to provide detailed pictures and product descriptions so that you are confident in your purchase. Most product pages contain variations that allow you to customize your order. I cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric or threads due to variances in monitors and screens.
